Thomas M. McNeill,
Jr., M.D.
Dr. McNeill is Board Certified in Obstetrics
and Gynecology and has been in practice in St.
Petersburg since 1994. He earned his Bachelor
of Science at Vanderbilt University, his medical
degree from the University of Florida, and completed
his OB/GYN residency at the Orlando Regional
Medical Center. Dr. McNeill is a Fellow of the
American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
He is married with one son and lives in St.
Petersburg.

Carlos E. Reyes, M.D
Dr. Reyes was invited to join BayView
OB/GYN in 2008 by Dr. McNeill, who had
the opportunity to observe and work with
Dr. Reyes over four years at Bayfront
Medical Center. Dr. Reyes was recognized
for his clinical abilities by Bayfront
Medical Center with the Maternal Fetal
Medicine Award, and for his outstanding
bedside manner with the Patient Satisfaction
Award. He is Board Eligible in Obstetrics
and Gynecology. Dr. Reyes is fluently
bilingual in English and Spanish. He lives
in St. Petersburg with his wife and young
daughter. |

Liz K. Gonzalez, A.R.N.P.
Nurse Practitioner Liz Gonzalez joined
the BayView OB/GYN family in 2001. After
practicing as a Registered Nurse in Labor
and Delivery for several years, Liz graduated
from the Emory University School of Medicine
Gynecologic-Obstetric Nurse Practitioner
Program with honors in 1995 and became
Board Certified as an Advanced Registered
Nurse Practitioner specializing in Gynecology.
She has been practicing in the St. Petersburg
area for 20 years. Liz is married with
a young son and lives in St. Petersburg.

Lucy A. Bosley, A.R.N.P.,
C.N.M.
Nurse Practitioner Lucy Bosley is a
Certified Nurse Midwife who joined our
practice in July 2001. She received her
R.N. at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami
and her Certificate in Nurse-Midwifery
from the University of Mississippi. Lucy
has over 25 years of experience in OB/GYN
practice and has delivered over 4000 babies
in the St. Petersburg-Clearwater area.
Lucy has raised two sons and a daughter
and makes her home in Dunedin.

Darlean E. Weingarten,
A.R.N.P., C.N.M.
Nurse Practitioner Darlean Weingarten
is a Certified Nurse Midwife who joined
BayView in November 2007. Darlean earned
her RN at St. Petersburg College in 1985.
She earned her Bachelor’s in Health Arts
and graduated with high honors in 1994,
and graduated as a Nurse Midwife in 1998
from the Frontier School of Nurse-Midwifery.
Darlean has been in practice in Pinellas
County for over 10 years and has delivered
more than 1000 babies. She and her husband
have two beautiful daughters.
